On June 5th, the group launched the first course of the special training camp for improving middle management ability and the third course of the general special training camp of the project-the special training of "Excellent Leadership Training for Real Estate Enterprises". The special training camp invited Bai Rui expert lecturer Zhao Hongyu to give a lecture, and more than 90 management personnel from the group headquarters and member units participated in the training.

Improve team strength by helping team members increase their sense of autonomy and development capabilities." This refers to empowering others by promoting cooperation. "Inspiring people" requires personalized recognition of the contributions of others.
