On August 17, Yang Guangsong, Party Secretary and Executive Vice Chairman of the Xuchang Federation of Trade Unions, led a team to the Hengda·Gucheng Xinyuan construction site to host the "Trade Unions Deliver Coolness, Prevent Heatstroke for Safety and Health" condolence activity.

At the construction site of Hengda·Gucheng Xinyuan, Vice Chairman Yang Guangsong warmly greeted the frontline workers, expressing appreciation for the contributions of both Hengda Group and the workers to Xuchang's economic and social development and urban construction. On behalf of the Federation of Trade Unions, he distributed heatstroke prevention kits, mineral water, watermelons, and other cooling supplies. He emphasized the importance of caring for outdoor workers and those working in high-temperature environments, bringing the concern of the trade unions to those who continue their work under challenging conditions.
