Recently, the "Notice on Naming 2023 Xuchang City Garden-style Units (Residential Areas), Greening Standard Roads (Parks, Squares)" (Xuchang Urban Management [2023] No. 28) was issued by the Xuchang City Urban Management Bureau. This year, a total of 23 residential areas were named "Xuchang City Garden-style Residential Areas", among which nine residential projects developed by Hengda Group were honored with this title. These projects include: Weidu District's Hengda·Mingmen Xijun and Hengda·Jinhui Plaza; Jian'an District's Hengda·Beihai Longcheng Phase II; Dongcheng District's Hengda·Taoxi Yuan and Hengda·He Yuan; Changge's Hengda·Junyufu, Hengda Sunshine City·Fuyuan, and Jinyuan; and Yanling's Hengda·Guobin Mansion Phase I.
