The 2023 Xuchang City Veteran Special Recruitment Recruitment Launch Ceremony was held at Hengda·Jinhui Plaza on the afternoon of October 16th.
Attending the event were Yao Guobao, Deputy Director of the Department of Veterans Affairs of Henan Province; Wang Fumin, Political Commissar of the Xuchang Military Sub-district; Li Chaofeng, Deputy Mayor of Xuchang City; Li Dongfa, Founder of Hengda Group; and Wang Zhenfeng, President of Hengda Group.

And Li Dongfa, Founder of Hengda Group, participated in the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Following the launch, Political Commissar Wang Fumin and Deputy Mayor Li Chaofeng jointly unveiled the plaque for the city's first Double Support and Co-construction Plaza—Hengda·Jinhui Double Support Plaza. Currently, 45 merchants in the Jinhui Plaza area have been designated as "Model Support for Military Families Stores", and they offer preferential services and discounts to military personnel, their families, active-duty and retired soldiers, and other key beneficiaries. Hengda Group, through its actions, demonstrates its care for military families.
At this recruitment event, Hengda Group, considering the employment characteristics of veterans, provided a priority recruitment channel and favorable conditions and benefits for ex-servicemen. Hengda Group received nearly 100 job applications and over 70 individuals expressed preliminary employment interest on the day of the military recruitment fair.
