Hengda Group convened the 2024 Work Plan and 2023 Work Summary Recognition Meeting n the afternoon of January 27th. The event was attended by over 100 people, including Hengda Group's founder, Mr. Li Dongfa, President Wang Zhenfeng, and middle to senior management from the group headquarters and various companies.
During the meeting, President Wang Zhenfeng first summarized the group's achievements in 2023 and outlined the work plan for 2024.
Executive President Zhang Hao then offered an analysis and review of the group's real estate operations in 2023.
Signing the Target Responsibility Agreement
Following this, President Wang Zhenfeng made the signature of the "Target Responsibility Agreement" with representatives from each company. The heads of the companies expressed their commitment to fulfilling the 2024 work tasks.
Recognizing excellence
Subsequently, the group recognized the outstanding teams and employees who emerged in 2023.
Lastly, Hengda Group's founder, Mr. Li Dongfa, delivered a significant speech. He first expressed full appreciation for the tremendous efforts of all employees in 2023 and the hard-earned achievements. Mr. Li Dongfa emphasized that in 2024, the focus should be on survival, delivery, and sales, while continuously enhancing management capabilities and brand image. He encouraged everyone to maintain confidence and continue to embody the Hengda spirit of daring to struggle and striving for victory, in order to create new miracles for Hengda's development.
