Led by Sun Yongsheng, Vice Chairman of the CPPCC of Weidu District, a delegation of 15 members from the district's CPPCC, including the Women's Federation, Youth League, and Federation of Industry and Commerce, visited Hengda Group for research and guidance on union work on the morning of July 11th, accompanied by Liu Qingjun, Vice Chairman of the district's Federation of Trade Unions.
Firstly, Vice Chairman Sun Yongsheng and his team visited the Group's staff home, staff library, union meeting room, as well as the women's lounge and nursery. They gained a detailed understanding of the construction of the Group's staff home and the union work, and fully affirmed the achievements of the Group's union in promoting employee learning and education, safeguarding employee rights and interests, and enhancing overall employee quality. Subsequently, both parties had in-depth exchanges on union work concepts, service models, and innovative measures, and shared their experiences and practices in union work.
For this visit and research by Vice Chairman Sun Yongsheng and his team, it made the Group's union feel the care and support from the leaders of the CPPCC of Weidu District and the district's Federation of Trade Unions, further enhancing the confidence and determination to do a good job in union work.
