Fan Mingjun, a member of the Dongcheng District Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee, along with Ma Yuewen, Secretary of the Dengzhuang Subdistrict Party Working Committee, visited the construction site of the Hengda·Dongcheng Garden project for a research tour on the morning of August 15th. Lu Jianchao, Deputy General Manager of the Xuchang Urban Area Company, accompanied the delegation during the visit.
Deputy Director Fan Mingjun first listened to a report from Mr. Lu on the project progress and related loan financing issues at the project site. Fan Mingjun highly affirmed the construction work of the Dongcheng Garden project and requested relevant units to accelerate the resolution of outstanding issues related to the project. He emphasized the need to highlight credit support for key projects such as Dongcheng Garden, broaden the project's financing channels, and refine service measures to create a favorable service environment for the project construction and the work of ensuring housing delivery.
Mr. Lu stated that Hengda·Dongcheng Garden will continue to follow the principles of "high-level design, high-quality construction, and high-standard delivery" to advance the project construction. The objective is to create a more comfortable, safe, and healthy living environment for the owners and contribute to the economic development of the Dongcheng District.
