On October 11th, the "TOP20 List of Henan Real Estate Enterprises' Sales Performance from January to September 2024" was released by China Index Academy: Hengda Group ranked 4th in sales area and 18th in sales amount among Henan real estate enterprises; it ranked 4th in sales area and 11th in sales amount among Henan local real estate enterprises.
