On June 5th, the "Henan Province Real Estate Enterprise Sales Performance TOP20from January to May 2024" list was released by the China Index Academy. Hengda Group ranked 8th in sales area and 16th in sales revenue among all real estate enterprises in Henan Province. Additionally, it ranked 6th in sales area and 10th in sales revenue among local real estate enterprises in Henan Province. The Hengda·Xinzhu project in Xuchang was awarded the title of "2024 Henan Province Benchmark Value Real Estate".
