The Xuchang Real Estate Chamber of Commerce held its third member congress on the morning of June 16th. Relevant leaders from the Xuchang Municipal United Front Work Department, the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Civil Affairs Bureau, and the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, along with representatives from 35 well-known real estate enterprises and related chamber of commerce associations, attended the meeting. At the meeting, Zheng Youquan, the former Vice Chairman of the Xuchang Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, was appointed as Honorary President, and Li Dongfa, the founder of Hengda Group, was re-elected as President.

Since its inception in 2013, the Xuchang Real Estate Chamber of Commerce has diligently performed its duties, continuously enhancing communication and cooperation among member units, and improving service levels. What’s more, it has played a role as a bridge for communication between government and enterprises, calling on member units to actively undertake social responsibilities and participate in public welfare undertakings, thereby contributing to establishing a positive image of Xuchang's real estate enterprises and promoting the sustained, healthy, and stable development of Xuchang's real estate industry.

According to Li Dongfa, the President, the Xuchang Real Estate Chamber of Commerce will continue to serve as a bridge and link in the future, enhancing communication between government and enterprises, and strengthening exchanges and cooperation among member units. The Chamber will provide more efficient services and support to member units. At the same time, the Chamber will actively make suggestions and strive for strong government support to continuously promote the sustained and healthy development of Xuchang's real estate industry.
